Our largest event of the year Drug Discovery, will be held at the Telford International Centre on 2nd and 3rd September 2015. In addition to the fantastic scientific programme, there will also be a poster session and prizes awarded for winning posters. This is an excellent opportunity for delegates to share research, case studies and new technologies with colleagues.
Presenting a poster at Drug Discovery is FREE OF CHARGE.
Poster submissions are invited which compliment the main themes of this year’s meeting :

- Phenotypic Screening & Cellular Imaging
- Cell& Gene Therapy
- Biologics
To register as a Poster Delegate, please go to our registration page : you will be asked to submit a title and abstract for your poster ( and optionally upload a pdf copy )
Poster Tasters : These are 10 minute stand-up feature presentations in each of the main tracks. The chairperson for each track will select 2 posters* and invite them to present.
*To be considered for a taster spot, please submit before the 11th July deadline. The selected presenters will be contacted individually by e-mail 6 – 8 weeks before the event to confirm participation.
Deadlines for Submissions:
- For Poster Tasters: 11th July 2015
- Final Deadline: 21st August 2015
The general poster session ( = stand by your posters ) will be held on Wednesday 2nd September from 4.30 – 5.30pm : wine and nibbles will be served whilst you chat and network.
Poster Guidelines : ALL posters should be:
- On a single drug discovery topic
- No larger than A0 (W:841mm x H: 1189mm) and in portrait orientation
- Generally contain no ore than 1000 words and easy to read from a distance of 1 – 2 metres
Finished posters can be brought in person to the conference centre and set up any time after 8 am on Wednesday 2nd September.
