Courier Deliveries & Collections

Advanced deliveries: Items should arrive between 09:00 and 17:00, 06 – 09 March.

Collections: Please arrange collections for:

10 March, between 16:00 and 17:00

11 March, between 09:00 and 17:00

Important. No couriers will be permitted on-site before 16:00 on March 10.

Storage:

Storage space is available for exhibitor boxes during the event.

• Free delegate data capture / scanner via smartphone app.
  Please note: The Lead Capture function is available through the ELRIG App and is only available for those registered as Exhibitor staff

• The contactable registration list will be sent two weeks before the event.
• The full, contactable delegate list will be sent a few days after the event.

Logistics & Shipping

ELRIG’s appointed logistics contractor is Cameron Event Logistics, who can manage all on site deliveries and collections. Enquiry link – Logistics Enquiry Form 

Cameron Event logistics can manage the full transportation of your materials from your location directly to stand during the tenancy build.

Acceptable Use Policy – for delegate information supplied by ELRIG to exhibitors.

 You may contact delegates on the list, within a reasonable period of the show (no longer than 6 months), with material directly relevant to their attendance at the ELRIG conference.

Any such contact must state clearly who it is coming from, ( i.e. it cannot appear to be from ELRIG or anyone other than yourselves).

Any such contact must have an ‘opt-out’ mechanism. Any opt-out requests must be respected.

You should not add all the delegates on the list to your own general database*, they have not opted-in to receive info other than that relating specifically to the event.

*Any you ‘logged’ as “leads” on your booth, who expressed an interest, or requested further info / contact / follow-up etc, are legitimately yours to add to your CRM / database and to forge an ongoing relationship with.

You should not pass these details on to any 3rd party.

ELRIG reserve the right to withhold future delegate data from any company abusing these terms.

ELRIG is only able to provide suggestions on how delegates may travel to or places they may stay at, to attend its events.  However, ELRIG cannot recommend nor endorse any of the travel choices nor hotels that attendees make and is not liable for any of the services that its delegates procure.

The lead capture function is available through the ELRIG app and is only available to those registered as an exhibitor.Questions within the function can be set by the Booth Manager via the Exhibitor Portal.

The App Will Be Launch two weeks before the conference.

The information below can be followed after the app has been launched.

Step by Step to access the Event App

• Install The Event App by EventsAir.
• Enter this event’s code: TBC
• If you already have the app and you are logged into a previous event then please log out.
• Click on log-in
• When your app opens, enter your email address   and 6-digit App PIN which will have been emailed to you. If it has not, then please contact events@elrig,org.
• Update so that you are happy with the way you appear on the app.
• Update your social media details
• The button to scan leads is circled in purple below. If this option does not appear please contact events@elrig.org

Download our useful social media images to share your attendance at Cell & Gene Therapy with your network.

No later than 10 days before

• Confirm the company name you wish to exhibit under.
• Register your exhibitor staff via the Exhibitor Portal.
• Ask your staff to download the ELRIG app.

No later than 7 days before

• Ensure that payment for the event is made at least 7 days before you arrive to set-up.
• Send your insurance Certificate to events@elrig.org. You must have Public and Employee Liability Insurance of at Least £1m.
