CAN I SUBMIT A TALK / PRESENTATION

Speakers are invited to present by the Session Chairs for each track, but we have talks available through our sponsorship packages. A Technology Partner has a 5-minute podium talk, an Industry Insider Partner a 15 minute podium talk and a Conference Partner a 30-minute podium talk available through our sponsorship packages. TABLE-TOP STANDS – WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • A table-top stand is a table approx. 2m x 1m :The space between / behind the tables allows for a small pop-up or pull-up banners.1 power socket outlet
  • chairs supplied,
  • Listing on the printable PDF programme, website and on ELRIG app
  • Free delegate data capture / scanner via smartphone app.

WHAT IS INCLUDED SHELL-SCHEME STANDS?

A standard booth is 3m x 2m shell scheme but any size is available. These include:

  • Header/name board
  • Carpet
  • Electrical package of x1 500W socket outlet (2 amps maximum / UK standard outlet / 220V / 3 Pin plug).
  • 1 table approx. 1.8m x 0.7m and 2 chairs.
  • Listing on the printable PDF programme, website and on ELRIG appFree delegate data capture / scanner via smartphone app.
  • Free registration for as many staff as you like
  • Free access to lectures for your staff.
  • Free Lunch, Tea & Coffee on show day.
  • Opportunity to present one posters free of charge.

WHAT IS AN IZ BOOTH – AND HOW DO I APPLY ?

Part of the mission of ELRIG is to encourage and foster new technologies, from innovative companies. To help do this, ELRIG provide “The Innovation Zone”, within its Drug Discovery event. The Innovation Zone, gives up-and coming companies, with new technologies or services, who cannot afford a full stand, access to a major event and critical exposure to the market. This helps ELRIG to create a more diverse and interesting show, which in turn leads to greater delegate engagement. We are happy to consider research and non-commercial groups as well as individuals hoping to start a business.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
ELRIG subsidise the cost of an Innovation Zone Booth substantially. The cost at Drug Discovery is £1,000 +
VAT. After the event, you are supplied with the registration details of all the delegates. We offer FREE
access for delegates, and ELRIG encourages Innovation Zone participants to invite their contacts to the event.
Simply register via our website at www.elrig.org The Innovation Zone Booths will feature in the
programme and on the ELRIG app along with a brief profile and a link to your own site, giving some free
advertising courtesy of ELRIG. Qualifying Criteria for the Innovation Zone Acceptance is subject to review by the
organising committee, and the following conditions:
• The technology or service should be new, interesting and relevant to the theme of the conference
• You should have an annual turnover of less than €1M
• You may participate in the ELRIG Innovation Zone, no more than twice in a 3 year period. These rules are applied at the discretion of
the committee; the focus is on innovation.

APPLICATION
To apply formally please contact Tara Shanks at tara.shanks@elrig.org, including the following information:
• Your company name, address and phone number
• A website link or somewhere we can look for more background information
• The company’s age and approximate turnover
• A contact name and e-mail address
• A brief description (1 -2 paragraphs) of your innovative product or service

You will be informed in due course if your application has been successful.
