Vendor Talks

ELRIG encourages exhibitors to purchase talk time within the main podium programme to maximise their presence at a meeting, but you may only purchase talk time if you have purchased a booth. The different talks available are:

Technology Spotlight Partner: The most cost-effective way to drive traffic to your booth is by adding a 5-minute
Technology Spotlight presentation. This podium presentation is part of the published programme and takes place
before the entire conference audience. Technology Spotlight presentations focus on a specific product or service.

Industry Insider Partner: This package includes a 15-minute podium presentation within the main programme and is
designed to position you as an industry influencer. The presentation’s length will allow you to introduce your company,
describe a specific offering and present a single case study to reinforce your message. It is required that the talk topic
be relevant to the main theme of the programme.

Conference Partner: This provides an opportunity for you to present your latest news, technology, or product update to
the entire audience at an ELRIG event. The presentation length is equivalent to an invited podium presentation, therefore
it is essential that the content be aligned to the track theme, explaining the need and science behind the innovation whilst
not being overtly commercial. The presentation may end with a pointer towards product availability and the vendor’s
Partner’s booth.

Exhibitor staff Tickets

Each booth comes with 2 exhibitor staff tickets. These allow access to the talks.
Additional tickets will be charged at £50 per ticket for the duration of the conference.

Registration List

The GDPR compliant registration list will be sent on March 5th 2024

The GDPR compliant attendee list and final registration list will be sent on March 22nd 2024

Lead Capture Device

The lead capture function is available to those registered as exhibitors through the ELRIG app.
Your Booth Manager can set questions in the Exhibitor Portal. This is also where leads are stored and can be download post-event.
