Advanced Shipments & International Exhibitors – Non-UK Exhibitors
If you need to ship goods outside of tenancy times, then shipments can be sent to Cameron Event Logistics warehouse from 11th November onwards. (Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00). Cameron Event Logistics will arrange delivery to the venue and place directly onto your stand at event build.
International Exhibitors – Non-UK Exhibitors
If your material requires customs clearance, DO NOT send directly to the venue as delays will incur due to your material being seized or held by Customs authorities. Cameron Event Logistics Ltd can arrange customs clearance under their registered EORI number.

Storage During The Event
Exhibitors can store empty crates, boxes, etc. during the show between. Please ask an ELRIG helper to show you where these areas are if you need to use them.
Anything obstructing aisles or Fire Exits may be removed by the venue / H&S staff.
Large Items must be booked in with Cameron Event Logistics (cameronlogistics.co.uk) to be taken off site.

PROTEIN SCIENCES IN DRUG DISCOVERY 2024
The 2024 Protein Science in Drug Discovery ELRIG meeting will be held at Hinxton Hall Conference Centre, Cambridgeshire, UK in partnership with the Protein Society.
The meeting will host leading scientists from industry and academia and will aim to focus on the application of emerging areas of Protein Science to the challenges of modern drug discovery. The interactive 2-day event will include 4 sessions. The sequential sessions will cover high throughput methods for protein expression, approaches for generation of antigens for antibody and vaccine discovery, analytical techniques to interrogate protein quality and the application of cryo-EM for druggability. In addition, sequence-based predictive methods will be discussed.
Join scientists from academia, pharma, biotech and CRO´s to hear cutting-edge science, network and visit the vendor booths.
POSTER SUBMISSION AT PROTEIN SCIENCES IN DRUG DISCOVERY 2024
How to submit a poster:
To submit a poster application for Protein sciences in Drug Discovery 2024, you must first register for the event and indicate if you wish to submit a poster and be considered for a flash poster presentation. A link to the poster portal will be available in your registration confirmation email.
PLEASE NOTE: We have limited capacity for posters on site and they will be accepted on a first come first served basis, when capacity is reached a holding list will be opened and you will be notified if spaces become available.
Poster Deadlines:
To be considered for an oral flash poster presentation in the Exhibition space please have your title & abstract submitted by 21st October The deadline for all posters for general display abstract & title 3rd November
Poster Acceptance:
The author will be held responsible for false statements, the scientific judging panel will ensure the poster is relevant to the event content. Successful poster applications will be notified via email and the poster display number will be given approximately two weeks before the event.
During the event:
A board will be available with your poster number and Velcro strips to affix your poster (your poster must be A0 portrait).
Poster sessions will take place for 30-minute in the networking session at the end of Day 1 and for 30 mins during the lunchbreak on Day 2. You will be expended to be at your poster during these times to answer questions from delegates.
A Poster Prize will be awarded for Best Early Career Professional Poster, the posters will be judged (you will not need to be at your poster during judging) and the prize awarded during the opening session on day 2 of the event. (Tues 19th Nov)
During registration you will be asked if you identify as an ECP – An Early Career Professional (ECP) can be a student in higher education undertaking an undergraduate or postgraduate degree (including PhD), or within 5 years of finishing higher education and starting their career in life sciences and drug discovery. These ECPs are critical contributors to ELRIG, bringing new science, fresh ideas and energy to every event.
The prize is a glass trophy and £250, which can be accepted, donated to your lab or donated to a charity of your choice.
All posters will need to be collected at the end of the event and removed from site; any posters left at the end of the event will be disposed of.
Flash Poster presentations:
This is an opportunity to showcase your poster in a Flash presentation to the ELRIG community, if your poster is chosen you will need to prepare a 1 slide PowerPoint presentation to last no more than 3 minutes. The scientific judging panel will review the posters submitted for Flash poster presentations and if successful you will receive confirmation from the ELRIG Team two weeks prior to the event.

Vendor Talks
ELRIG encourages exhibitors to purchase talk time within the main podium programme to maximise their presence at a meeting, but you may only purchase talk time if you have purchased a booth. The different talks available are:
Technology Spotlight Partner: The most cost-effective way to drive traffic to your booth is by adding a 5-minute
Technology Spotlight presentation. This podium presentation is part of the published programme and takes place
before the entire conference audience. Technology Spotlight presentations focus on a specific product or service.
Industry Insider Partner: This package includes a 15-minute podium presentation within the main programme and is
designed to position you as an industry influencer. The presentation’s length will allow you to introduce your company,
describe a specific offering and present a single case study to reinforce your message. It is required that the talk topic
be relevant to the main theme of the programme.
Conference Partner: This provides an opportunity for you to present your latest news, technology, or product update to
the entire audience at an ELRIG event. The presentation length is equivalent to an invited podium presentation, therefore
it is essential that the content be aligned to the track theme, explaining the need and science behind the innovation whilst
not being overtly commercial. The presentation may end with a pointer towards product availability and the vendor’s
Partner’s booth.
Exhibitor staff Tickets
Each standard booth booked comes with 4 exhibitor staff tickets. These allow access to the talks.
Additional tickets will be charged at £50 per ticket for the duration of the conference.

Before you attend Protein Science in Drug Discovery 2024
No later than 21 days before
- Send a high-resolution copy of your logo.
- Confirm the company name you wish to exhibit under.
No later than 10 days before
- Register your exhibitor staff via the Exhibitor Portal.
- Ask your staff to download the ELRIG app.
No later than 7 days before
- Ensure that payment for the event is made at least 7 days before you arrive to set-up.
- Send your insurance Certificate to events@elrig.org. You must have Public and Employee Liability Insurance of at Least £1m.
