Access & Participation Policy
Please read carefully

ELRIG is committed to providing inclusive, free-to-attend events that bring together professionals from across the life sciences community, including industry, academia, technology providers and research organisations.
As demand for our events often exceeds venue capacity, registrations are reviewed and actively managed to ensure a balanced delegate demographic. To support productive scientific exchange, we aim to maintain a mix of attendees across different sectors, disciplines and career stages. When allocating places we consider factors such as:
- sector & relevance to the event topic
- professional background, current role & career stage
- organisational and geographic diversity
- previous attendance or ‘no-show’ history
Places may be reserved for early-career researchers, job-seekers and individuals from underrepresented groups within the life sciences community. We strive to provide a clear yes/no response on ticket allocation in as timely a manner as possible (typically days to weeks from registration submission). All our events are ‘ticket-only’ – we do not accept on the day registrations.
Where events are oversubscribed, applicants may be placed on a waiting list or receive confirmation closer to the event date. Exhibitor, sponsor and partner registrations are managed separately through relevant agreements.
All attendees are expected to contribute to a respectful, inclusive and professional environment. ELRIG reserves the right to refuse or withdraw attendance where behaviour is inconsistent with our event policies or community standards.
