Why exhibit at an ELRIG event?

Conferences

Conferences are two-day events with at least 15 presentations devoted to the spectrum of scientific disciplines that make drug discovery possible. Each conference features an exhibition that runs concurrently with the scientific programme, creating an environment conducive to networking and collaboration. Delegate numbers range from 300 – 2,500. For more details on delegate statistics and programming, please see the relevant event flyers which can be found at elrig.org/as-an-exhibitor and word2025.com.

For all exhibitors:

  • GDPR-consented registration and attendee email list for a one pre- and one post-event email;
  • Lead-capture capability within the event app (for booth staff registered as exhibitors);
  • Company listing in event website, programme and app;
  • 250-word company overview with hyperlinks within the event app;
  • Marketing suite of graphics and wording.

Technology Spotlight

Increase your visibility and increase booth footfall with a 5-minute Technology Spotlight presentation package. The Technology Spotlight presentation is integrated into the scientific programme.

The package includes a booth/table-top (all-inclusive).

Industry Insider

An effective way to demonstrate your expertise and innovations.

Highlight a specific offering and reinforce your message with a compelling case study in a 15-minute podium presentation included within the main programme. Speaker information and abstract are posted in the app and online program.

Conference Partner

Showcase your latest breakthroughs, leading-edge technology or product updates to the entire audience in a 30-minute presentation (equivalent in length to that of an invited podium presentation).

The content of your presentation must align with the track theme and explore the need for and science underpinning your innovation while not being overtly promotional. Speaker information, title and abstract are included in the app and webpage, and speaker and title are listed in the printed programme.

This package includes an all-inclusive double booth. Additionally, for Drug Discovery you will receive two invitations to the Chair’s reception.

The Breakthrough Zones in ELRIG’s Research & Innovation and Drug Discovery Conferences are dedicated to start-up companies to showcase their science. We encourage early-spin out, seed and early series A companies to apply.

To be eligible to participate in the Breakthrough Zone and enter the ELRIG Innovation Award competition, your company should have fewer than 25 full-time employees and/or a turnover < £2.5M.

Forums

ELRIG’s forums are one-day events with six presentations, the programme allowing in-depth exploration of a single theme. The forums are ideal for broadening your perspective while connecting with approximately 100 like-minded delegates in an informal atmosphere.

Due to the more informal nature of the forums and venue size, the exhibition is usually restricted to six table-top exhibitors who each have a 5-minute talk and a single forum partner 15-minute presentation opportunity.

For all exhibitors:

  • Lead-capture capability within the event app (for booth staff registered as exhibitors);

Webinars and networking

ELRIG’s webinars and networking events encourage broad participation across our community. These events underscore our ethos that everyone is welcome, irrespective of seniority or location.

While there are no formal exhibitions in this event category, interested organisations can enhance their visibility by sponsoring our webinars and networking events. In-person events are hosted at multiple locations. Detailed pricing is available upon request for both online and live events.

How do I book a stand?

You can book your table-top or booth space by viewing our interactive floor plan under the "Sponsorship Opportunities" tab on each event page.

Alternatively, you can request a quote & reserve a space by emailing sales@elrig.org

Can I submit a Talk / Presentation?

Join us on stage with one of our presentation packages. Choose from a 5 min, 15 min or 30 min talk. Find out more.

How do I submit a poster?

Posters are not automatically included in exhibitor packages.

To submit a poster application, your booth manager must first register you for the event. Once you have received your registration email, please fill it out and indicate if you wish to submit a poster and be considered for a flash poster presentation. A link to the poster portal will be available in your registration confirmation email.

PLEASE NOTE:  We have limited capacity for posters on site and they will be accepted on a first come first served basis, when capacity is reached a holding list will be opened and you will be notified if spaces become available.

What's included when I book a booth?

For our table-top conferences, your package includes

  • A table-top stand is a table approx. 2m x 1m.
  • The space between / behind the tables allows for a small pop-up or pull-up banners.
  • 1 x 220V 500W UK socket outlet
  • 2 chairs supplied,
  • Logo on the event page and event app.
  • Access to event app with built-in lead scanning capabilities
  • Free registration for 2 exhibitor tickets
  • Free access to all talks in the auditorium for your staff.
  • Free Lunch, Tea & Coffee on show days
  • A full GDPR-compliant registration/attendee list before and after the event

Included with the shell Scheme is:

What is ELRIG’s Breakthrough Zone and how do I apply?

We recognise the vital role that young companies play in driving innovation so to support and amplify their contributions we’re delighted to introduce ELRIG's Breakthrough Zone at Research & Innovation and Drug Discovery conferences.

In this zone, each company will be provided with an A0 board space, a tabletop for literature, a dedicated space for demonstration samples or equipment, an area for conversations and the opportunity for a 5 minute flash presentation in Breakthrough Zone Theatre.

Also, the opportunity to win ELRIGs coveted Innovation Award – 10 minute presentation on the main stage & your fee refunded! Exhibitors will also get a  blinded GDPR-compliant delegate list and access to the Exhibitor features in the Event App including lead capture!

To be eligible to participate in the Breakthrough Zone and enter the Innovation competition, your company should have less than 25 full-time employees and/or have a turnover of less than £2.5M

Finances can be tight for young companies, so we are offering this at just £500 (ex VAT).

How to scan leads via the Events App?

The lead capture function is available through the ELRIG app and is only available to those registered as an exhibitor.

The Booth Manager can set questions within the function via the Exhibitor Portal. This is also where scanned leads can be found & downloaded.

The App Will Launch two weeks before the conference.

The information below can be followed after the app has been launched.

Step by Step to access the Event App

  • Install The Event App by EventsAir.
  • Enter this event’s code: RI2025
  • If you already have the app and you are logged into a previous event then please log out.
  • Click on log-in
  • When your app opens, enter your email address and 6-digit App PIN which will have been emailed to you. If it has not, then please contact events@elrig,org.
  • Update your profile so that you are happy with the way you appear on the app.
  • Add your social media details
  • The button to scan leads is circled in purple below. If this option does not appear please contact events@elrig.org

How do I download my leads?

The Events App will show you the basic details of the leads you've scanned. 

To get access to their email addresses and full details, please ask your Booth Manager to download your scanned leads via the Exhibitor Portal. 

This is where they registered you as an exhibitor for the event.
