Exhibitor Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable Use Policy – for delegate information supplied by ELRIG to exhibitors.
You may contact delegates on the list, within a reasonable period of the show (no longer than 6 months), with material directly relevant to their attendance at the ELRIG conference.
Any such contact must state clearly who it is coming from, ( i.e. it cannot appear to be from ELRIG or anyone other than yourselves).
Any such contact must have an ‘opt-out’ mechanism. Any opt-out requests must be respected.
You should not add all the delegates on the list to your own general database*, they have not opted-in to receive info other than that relating specifically to the event.
*Any you ‘logged’ as “leads” on your booth, who expressed an interest, or requested further info / contact / follow-up etc, are legitimately yours to add to your CRM / database and to forge an ongoing relationship with.
You should not pass these details on to any 3rd party.
ELRIG reserve the right to withhold future delegate data from any company abusing these terms.
Lead Capture App
The lead capture function is available through the event app and is only available to those registered as an exhibitor.
Questions within the function can be set by the Booth Manager via the Exhibitor Portal.
This is also where the full details of your leads are stored and available for download post event.
The App Will Launch two weeks before the conference.

How to access the Event App
Step by Step to access the Event App
- Install The Event App by EventsAir.
- If you already have the app and you are logged into a previous event then please log out.
- Enter this event’s code (this can be found in your confirmation email)
- Click on log-in
- When your app opens, enter your email address and 6-digit App PIN which will have been emailed to you. If it has not, then please contact events@elrig,org.
- Update your profile so that you are happy with the way you appear on the app.
- Add your social media details
- The button to scan leads is circled in purple below. If this option does not appear please contact events@elrig.org

Check List – Before You Attend
No later than 21 days before
- Send a high-resolution copy of your logo.
- Confirm the company name you wish to exhibit under.
No later than 10 days before
- Register your exhibitor staff via the Exhibitor Portal.
- Ask your staff to download the ELRIG app.
No later than 7 days before
- Ensure that payment for the event is made at least 7 days before you arrive to set-up.
- Send your insurance Certificate to events@elrig.org. You must have Public and Employee Liability Insurance of at Least £1m.

Shipments to GSK Site:
Please note that couriers will not be allowed on site at GSK.
Shipped goods must be sent to our logistics partner who will bring to site on the morning of November 18th and collect again on the morning of November 21st.
ELRIG’s logistics contractor is Cameron Event Logistics, and they will manage all on site deliveries and collections. You can contact via their Enquiry Form or by contacting them direct Tel: 01355 238559 Email: info@cameronlogistics.co.uk
You can either send direct to Cameron Event Logistics advanced warehouse using your own courier or arrange for Cameron Event Logistics to collect from your site and return after the event.
GSK porters will move your shipments to your booth and move back to stores at the end of the event.

Bringing good direct to Site:
You may bring your own goods onsite. However, drop-off in front of the venue is NOT permitted. If bringing items directly, kindly park in the visitors’ car park and carry your goods to the main building.
Site instructions for Set-up day:
On arrival, please report to the reception area next to the security gatehouse. You will be issued with a visitor’s badge. You will then be directed to the Car park or if on foot, the reception area where you will follow the signed for ELRIG. Event badges should be worn throughout your visit and handed in before you leave the site.
On the day of the event if driving, security will allow you to proceed direct to the carpark as you will have a parking voucher. If on foot show security your badge if already collected or booking confirmation.

The 9th biennial High Content Imaging and Flow Cytometry in Drug Discovery 2025 will be held at GSK Medicines Research Centre, Stevenage. Flow cytometry and imaging are two powerful technology platforms that enable high-content analysis of complex cell systems providing invaluable insights in drug discovery and clinical evaluations. Since our first meeting in 2008, we have seen the technology develop and the applications widen across many areas of industrial and academic drug discovery and development. The integration of advanced machine learning and AI techniques is revolutionizing the way researchers harness and interpret data from these high-content platforms, further accelerating the pace of innovation in the field.
