Del has been part of the ELRIG community since 2013, starting as an invited speaker before taking on roles as track organiser, Scientific Co-Director of Drug Discovery, and founder of the early career professionals work group. Now, as Chair, he’s thinking bigger.

In the interview, Del talks candidly about what he sees as ELRIG’s next chapter.
