Deliveries should be made on set-up day, 20 October 2025, between 8:00 20:00

Collections should be made on the day the exhibition closes, 22 October, between 17:00 and 20:00

Exhibitors coming direct to site with their booth contents can drive directly to Loading Bay 3 to unload. DD23 is in  Hall A, B & C Exhibition Centre Liverpool.  Deliveries are welcome from 8:00 but access to stands is not until 15:00 DD25 – Loading Bay 3 Halls A, B, C Exhibition Centre Liverpool

Cameron Event logistics can manage the full transportation of your materials from your location directly to stand during the tenancy build.

DIRECT TO SITE

If you are sending direct, please note that Exhibition Centre Liverpool cannot store goods before and after the event, Deliveries must not arrive earlier than 8:00 20 October 2025. A representative of the Exhibiting Company must be on-site to receive and sign for the delivery.

Cameron Logistics can receive and sign for any deliveries arriving on show tenancy days at the venue and deliver to stand, please note this is a chargeable service.

Collections must be made by 20:00 on 22 October 2025.

ADVANCED SHIPMENTS & INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITORS – NON-UK EXHIBITORS

If you need to ship goods outside of tenancy times, then shipments can be sent to Cameron Event Logistics local warehouse from Monday 6th October onwards. (Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00.) Cameron Event Logistics will arrange delivery to the venue and place directly onto your stand at event build up.

International Exhibitors – Non-UK Exhibitors

If your material requires customs clearance, DO NOT send directly to the venue as delays will incur due to your material being seized or held by Customs authorities.

Exhibitors can store empty crates, boxes, etc. during the show between the shell scheme wall and exterior the wall. Please ask an ELRIG helper to show you where these areas are if you need to use them. Anything obstructing aisles or Fire Exits may be removed by the venue / H&S staff.

Large Items must be booked in with Cameron Logistics to be taken off site.

SIGNATURES FOR GOODS RECEIVED

Please arrange with Cameron Logistics for shipments to be signed for upon receipt. If you do not then one of the ELRIG team (including onsite courier porter, H&S, ELRIG Ops team, ELRIG volunteers) will sign but cannot accept any responsibility for incorrect, missing, or damaged items

Wednesday 22 October 2025, 17:00 – 20:00. A high-vis jacket will be required for those still onsite from 17:30. No open shoes allowed.

Any goods not collected by 20:00 will be recovered by Cameron Logistics. They will be a charge for this service. Goods can then be collected from their site or Cameron Logistics can arrange for them to be returned.

ACC Liverpool – Exhibitor Services

ACC Liverpool offers a variety of additional items and services to enhance your exhibitor stands. These include IT, stand furniture, stand cleaning and stand AV, plus useful venue information.

You can now use the ACC Liverpool online ordering facility to place one an order for all of your exhibition requirements* here.

From here, you will be asked to create an account before continuing. All exhibitors will be required to input their stand number when making an order using the system. You can find your stand number on your invoice or on the interactive floorplan.

During the ordering process, payment will be taken for any services or items you have selected. Any orders made online will still be subject to our standard early and late order prices** and the online ordering system will not be able to accept any orders 3 days before your event is due to begin.

Exhibitor Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable Use Policy – for delegate information supplied by ELRIG to exhibitors.

You may contact delegates on the list, within a reasonable period of the show (no longer than 6 months), with material directly relevant to their attendance at the ELRIG conference.

Any such contact must state clearly who it is coming from, ( i.e. it cannot appear to be from ELRIG or anyone other than yourselves).

Any such contact must have an ‘opt-out’ mechanism. Any opt-out requests must be respected.

You should not add all the delegates on the list to your own general database*, they have not opted-in to receive info other than that relating specifically to the event.

*Any you ‘logged’ as “leads” on your booth, who expressed an interest, or requested further info / contact / follow-up etc, are legitimately yours to add to your CRM / database and to forge an ongoing relationship with.

You should not pass these details on to any 3rd party.

ELRIG reserve the right to withhold future delegate data from any company abusing these terms.

The lead capture function is available through the ELRIG app and is only available to those registered as an exhibitor. Questions within the function can be set by the Booth Manager via the Exhibitor Portal.

              How do I submit a poster?

              Posters are not automatically included in exhibitor packages and must be submitted by individuals rather than organisations.

              To submit a poster, you must first register your exhibitor staff. A link to the poster portal can be found in their confirmation email. Registration is a two-step process: 

              1. Add your colleagues’ details in the Exhibitor Portal (link to this is in your booth manager’s confirmation email)
              2. They will then be sent an automatic email requesting that they complete their Exhibitor Staff registration.
              3. Once completed, they will automatically be sent a confirmation email which includes a link to the poster portal.

              PLEASE NOTE:  We have limited capacity for posters on site, and they will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. When capacity is reached, a holding list will be opened, and you will be notified if spaces become available.

              How do I register my exhibitor staff?

              The Events App will show you the basic details of the leads you’ve scanned.

              To get access to their email addresses and full details, please ask your Booth Manager to download your scanned leads via the Exhibitor Portal.

              • Send a high-resolution copy of your logo.
              • Confirm the company name you wish to exhibit under.

              • Ensure that payment for the event is made at least 7 days before you arrive to set-up.
              • Send your insurance Certificate to events@elrig.org.
              • You must have Public and Employee Liability Insurance of at Least £1m.

              ELRIG’s Drug Discovery is again hosted by the city of Liverpool and as Europe’s leading Drug Discovery and Life Sciences conference will have scientific tracks covering topics such as Translating ideas into Therapies, Chemical Biology and Omics as well as Advanced Models for Drug Discovery.

              The conference will be hosting scientific content from partners such as SLAS, the British Pharmacological Society, and the Royal Society of Chemistry.  Central to this festival of life sciences is the exhibition hall where attendees will have the opportunity to meet with, engage and learn from the leaders in drug discovery as well as leading product suppliers.

              ELRIG aims to remove as many barriers to conference attendance as possible, so all events are free to attend and with a prayer room, family room and quiet room available, ensuring our promise of inclusivity is at the heart of all our events.

              A Breakthrough Zone booth is a 1x1m space which will include the following:

                                     Please submit a video, no longer than 3 minutes, in landscape format describing the following: 

                                    • Scale of the challenge you are seeking to meet 
                                    • Why is your solution innovative? 
                                    • What would the impact of your innovation be on the challenge 
                                    • Next steps and capacity of the business to execute 

                                          The video should be filmed landscape and ideally feature a plain backdrop which includes your company logo (if not this can be added later)

                                                                            ACC Liverpool – Exhibitor Services

                                                                            ACC Liverpool offers a variety of additional items and services to enhance your exhibitor stands. These include IT, stand furniture, stand cleaning and stand AV, plus useful venue information.

                                                                            You can now use the ACC Liverpool online ordering facility to place one an order for all of your exhibition requirements* here.

                                                                            From here, you will be asked to create an account before continuing. All exhibitors will be required to input their stand number when making an order using the system. You can find your stand number on your invoice or on the interactive floorplan.

                                                                            During the ordering process, payment will be taken for any services or items you have selected. Any orders made online will still be subject to our standard early and late order prices** and the online ordering system will not be able to accept any orders 3 days before your event is due to begin.

                                                                                        How do I submit a poster?

                                                                                        Posters are not automatically included in exhibitor packages.

                                                                                        To submit a poster application, your booth manager must first register you for the event. A link to the poster portal will be available in your registration confirmation email.

                                                                                        PLEASE NOTE:  We have limited capacity for posters on site and they will be accepted on a first come first served basis, when capacity is reached a holding list will be opened and you will be notified if spaces become available.

                                                                                        How do I download my leads?

                                                                                        The Events App will show you the basic details of the leads you’ve scanned.

                                                                                        To get access to their email addresses and full details, please ask your Booth Manager to download your scanned leads via the Exhibitor Portal.

                                                                                        ELRIG’s Drug Discovery is again hosted by the city of Liverpool and as Europe’s leading Drug Discovery and Life Sciences conference will have scientific tracks covering topics such as Translating ideas into Therapies, Chemical Biology and Omics as well as Advanced Models for Drug Discovery.

                                                                                        The conference will be hosting scientific content from partners such as SLAS, the British Pharmacological Society, and the Royal Society of Chemistry.  Central to this festival of life sciences is the exhibition hall where attendees will have the opportunity to meet with, engage and learn from the leaders in drug discovery as well as leading product suppliers.

                                                                                        ELRIG aims to remove as many barriers to conference attendance as possible, so all events are free to attend and with a prayer room, family room and quiet room available, ensuring our promise of inclusivity is at the heart of all our events.

                                                                                        On arrival, please report to the reception area next to the security gatehouse. You will be issued with a visitor’s badge. You will then be directed to the Car park or if on foot, the reception area where you will follow the signed for ELRIG. Event badges should be worn throughout your visit and handed in before you leave the site.

                                                                                        On the day of the event if driving, security will allow you to proceed direct to the carpark as you will have a parking voucher. If on foot show security your badge if already collected or booking confirmation.

                                                                                        Acceptable Use Policy – for delegate information supplied by ELRIG to exhibitors.

                                                                                         You may contact delegates on the list, within a reasonable period of the show (no longer than 6 months), with material directly relevant to their attendance at the ELRIG conference.

                                                                                        Any such contact must state clearly who it is coming from, ( i.e. it cannot appear to be from ELRIG or anyone other than yourselves).

                                                                                        Any such contact must have an ‘opt-out’ mechanism. Any opt-out requests must be respected.

                                                                                        You should not add all the delegates on the list to your own general database*, they have not opted-in to receive info other than that relating specifically to the event.

                                                                                        *Any you ‘logged’ as “leads” on your booth, who expressed an interest, or requested further info / contact / follow-up etc, are legitimately yours to add to your CRM / database and to forge an ongoing relationship with.

                                                                                        You should not pass these details on to any 3rd party.

                                                                                        ELRIG reserve the right to withhold future delegate data from any company abusing these terms.

                                                                                        Check List – Before You Attend

                                                                                        • Confirm the company name you wish to exhibit under.
