Event Overview
Antibody drug conjugates are transforming the therapeutic landscape, with a surge in clinical trials and regulatory approvals establishing ADCs as one of the most promising modalities in modern medicine. Yet critical gaps remain in our understanding of how ADCs work and how the interplay between antibody design, linker chemistry, and payload selection drives efficacy, safety, and therapeutic window.
The ELRIG ADC Forum brings together leading scientists and industry experts for a dedicated one-day event focused on the early discovery science underpinning the next generation of ADCs. Hosted at GSK Stevenage, this forum provides a unique opportunity to share cutting-edge insights and collectively tackle the fundamental challenges that will define the future of ADC development.
From target selection and antibody engineering to linker optimisation and payload biology, our programme will explore how a deeper mechanistic understanding of ADC design can unlock safer, more efficacious therapeutics — and where the field needs to go next.
