Most people know ELRIG as the organisation behind Drug Discovery, one of the biggest events in the life sciences calendar. But not many know where it actually came from, or the philosophy that has kept it going for 25 years. Nicole Brooks sat down with Sanj Kumar, CEO of ELRIG, to trace the journey from a small robotics networking group to a not-for-profit community of over 22,000 life science professionals. It’s a story about an organisation that has managed to grow and evolve without losing sight of what it set out to do.
