How to cancel my ticket
If your circumstances change and you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket. Your confirmation email includes a link to the cancellation site.
How to submit a poster
To submit a poster application for eligible conferences, you must first register for the event. In the registration form, please ticket that you wish to submit a poster or be considered for a flash poster presentation.
A link to the poster portal will be available in your registration confirmation email.
PLEASE NOTE: We have limited capacity for posters on site and they will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
How to download the event app
Information on accessing the app will be sent to you 2 weeks before the event!

How to download the event app & access lead capture
Our attendee app is available for all of our events. It contains a variety of useful information, including networking information, agendas as well as lead capture.
The lead capture function is available through the ELRIG app and is only available to those registered as an exhibitor.
The Booth Manager can set questions within the function via the Exhibitor Portal. This is also where scanned leads can be found & downloaded.
The App Will Launch two weeks before the conference.

How to cancel my ticket
If your circumstances change and you can no longer attend, please contact the ELRIG Programme Manager immediately.
How do book accomodation
ELRIG can provide up to 2 nights of accommodation and economy travel expenses for speakers. But as a not-for-profit, we kindly ask those able to self-fund to do so.
If ELRIG is covering your accommodation, it will be booked and paid for directly. Our booking team will confirm your requirements.
If you are asked to pay for your accommodation by the hotel, please refer to one of the ELRIG organisers. Please note that only accommodation booked by ELRIG is eligible for funding
Please arrange your own travel and if you wish to claim expenses please do so in line with our Expenses Policy.
